Lemon Pepper “Wet” Atlanta Wings • 20 Wings (Drums & Flats)

Ingredients:

  • 1⁄2 cup Franks Red Hot Sauce
  • 1⁄4 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 6 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Ground Coriander
  • Lemon Pepper Seasoning- To Taste
  • Zest of 1 Large Lemon
  • 2 tsp Citric Acid

Directions:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Season wings with the lemon pepper seasoning and coriander. Place in an oiled air fryer basket. Cook for 20-25 minutes until nice and crispy!
  3. Combine the hot sauce, butter, honey and a bit more lemon pepper in a medium sauce pot. Bring to a simmer and whisk until the glaze forms.
  4. Remove the wings and place in a large mixing bowl. Toss in the sauce and add the citric acid. Plate and top with the fresh lemon zest.
