Holiday Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

• 2 Pork Tenderloins

• ¾ tbsp Ground Cinnamon

• 1 Tbsp Ground Black Pepper

• ½ Tbsp Ground Clove

• 1 ½ Tbsp Garlic Powder

• 1 ½ Tbsp Onion Powder

• Kosher Salt- To Taste

• 1 Stick (4oz) Unsalted Butter

• 2 Sprigs Fresh Rosemary

• 6 Garlic Cloves

• 2-4 Tbsp Cooking Oil (Grapeseed, Olive, Avocado Oil)

Directions:

1. 2. 3. 4. Combine all seasonings except the salt. Season the tenderloin

with the mixture, then season with salt, that way you can see

exactly how much salt you want to use.

Place a large saute pan over medium-high heat.

Once the pan is hot, add the oil. The oil should start to lightly

smoke before you place the tenderloins in the pan.

Lay the tenderloin in the pan away from you to make sure the oil

does not splash back. Sear on both sides for about 2 minutes.5. 6. 7. Reduce to medium heat, add the butter, rosemary and garlic.

Baste the tenderloin for 2-3 minutes. Place in the oven for 8

minutes and remove.

Remove from the pan and allow to rest for about 4-5 minutes

before slicing.

Finish with salt and enjoy
