Fresh Peach Sorbet

With the end of Summer approaching, I had to knock out as many of my peach recipes as I could. If it’s still hot in your neck of the woods, give this beauty a try! This sorbet recipe is so refreshing and works great as a popsicle recipe as well as the perfect base for a frozen peach margarita or a ice cold bellini!




Fresh Peach Lime Sorbet

Yield: 6-8 Servings


  • 5 Medium Ripe Peaches- Sliced
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • ½ cup Peach Nectar
  • Zest of 1 Lime
  • 1 small lime- juiced
  • Pinch of salt


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until fully blended.
  2. Pour into a small pan or into popsicle molds and set in the freezer for 6-8 hours or until set.
  3. Remove and enjoy!
