Chamoy Tagin Wings
Ingredients:
- 20 Wing Sections (Drums & Flats)
- 1⁄4 cup Chamoy
- 1-2 tbsp Tagin
- 1⁄4 tbsp Kosher Salt
- 1⁄2 tbsp Black Pepper
- 1⁄2 tbsp Granulated Garlic
- 1⁄4 tbsp Ground Cumin
- 1⁄2 tbsp Ground Coriander
- 1⁄4 Cup Honey
- Zest of 1 lime
- Avocado oil spray or your favorite nonstick spray
Directions:
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Toss the wings in salt, pepper, coriander, cumin and garlic.
- Spray air fryer basket. Place the wings skin side up in the basket.
Cook for 20-25 minutes until nice and crispy. - In a large bowl, add the honey and chamoy. Whisk together.
- Add the wings to the sauce mix, add some tagin and toss.
- Plate up the wings. Dust with more tagin and the lime zest. Enjoy!
