Chamoy Tagin Wings



  • 20 Wing Sections (Drums & Flats)
  • 1⁄4 cup Chamoy
  • 1-2 tbsp Tagin
  • 1⁄4 tbsp Kosher Salt
  • 1⁄2 tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1⁄2 tbsp Granulated Garlic
  • 1⁄4 tbsp Ground Cumin
  • 1⁄2 tbsp Ground Coriander
  • 1⁄4 Cup Honey
  • Zest of 1 lime
  • Avocado oil spray or your favorite nonstick spray


  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Toss the wings in salt, pepper, coriander, cumin and garlic.
  3. Spray air fryer basket. Place the wings skin side up in the basket.
    Cook for 20-25 minutes until nice and crispy.
  4. In a large bowl, add the honey and chamoy. Whisk together.
  5. Add the wings to the sauce mix, add some tagin and toss.
  6. Plate up the wings. Dust with more tagin and the lime zest. Enjoy!
