Balsamic Bacon Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients:

• 1lb Fresh Brussel Sprouts ( Halved)

• 12oz Hickory Smoked Bacon ( Diced)

• Balsamic Glaze ( To Taste)

• Kosher Salt – To Taste

• Black Pepper- To Taste

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. Add bacon to a large nonstick pan or cast iron skillet. Place over

medium heat and render the fat from the bacon. Stir the bacon

around as the fat comes out to make sure the bacon is evenly

crispy.

3. Drain the bacon once fully crispy. Save the fat in a separate bowl

and place the pan to the side.

4. Place the brussels in a bowl. Add the bacon fat, salt, and pepper.

Toss to make sure the brussels are evenly seasoned.

5. Place the seasoned brussel sprouts back in the pan you cooked

the bacon in. place in the preheated oven and bake for 30-45

minutes or until slightly crispy.

6. Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle with the balsamic

glaze. Use as much as you like and toss in the crispy bacon.

7. Taste the brussels and adjust the seasoning to your liking. Top

with lemon zest, parmesan, honestly, whatever extras you’d like!
