Sparkling Peach Cocktail

Ingredients:

• 2 oz gin
• 1oz amaretto
• 2-3 dashes bitters
• 2-3pm peach nectar
• 3oz Sparkling wine

Directions:

• Shake everything but the sparkling wine over ice for 30-45 seconds.
• Garnish with cocktail cherries and thyme sprig
